I bought a set of these pruners for my girlfriend. She had a set of no-name bypass cutters from one of those big box hardware stores. The joint was loose on those, the blade rusty and she kept mashing the stems of the roses I bought her, so what was I to do? I own a set of the F-2's and wasn't going to give those up. So I got her a set of F-6's. Besides the handles being closer together, the bottom cutter on these cutters is replaceable and is narrower than the F-2's. So you can slip these cutters into a smaller spot. Not that it happens all that often.
On hand sizes, I wear a XXL work glove, (I have long fingers) she wears a Ladies L, which is a Men's M work glove. So if you have really tiny hands in comparison these cutters may still be too big for you. I can use either the F-2 or the F-6 but I prefer my F-2's, with the reverse being true for her.
She's delighted with these cutters. You will be too, you'll never go back to those other cutters.

It raises and lowers effortlessly and indeed cuts through branches like butter. No more fiddling with a loose string. He said this makes the other pruner feel like a Model-T in comparison. Although the Corona got rave reviews, I gambled on this Fiskars because of the rotating cutting head which "cuts like butter" according to one reviewer.My husband has borrowed a friends Corona telescoping pruner for a couple of years now and he liked it so much he asked for one for christmas. The strap that connects to the cutter is contained within the pole and adjusts automatically when you raise or lower it. My husband used this tool last weekend and was thrilled. Best of all, the job that used to take him 2 hours took only 30 minutes.

Pros:
I wanted to replace a similar Mercury Vapor (175 watt) unit about 10 years old with a Metal Halide (100 watt) unit due to the latter's energy efficiency.  I again chose the Cooper unit because mounting it is a snap.  A metal bracket is screwed to the mounting surface, the lamp fixture is dropped over a heavy metal pin in the bracket, the wiring is connected, the lamp fixture is swung back against the bracket, and a metal pin is dropped through the fixture into the mounting bracket. Done!  This was important to me since the fixture is located 35 feet in the air.  Overall, this unit is truly "industrial grade."

This light & security camera works great for my purposes. I am watching and illuminating a small area of my yard. I have to say the microphone can pick up conversations across the street. Great picture straight to the TV. Definitely worth the money.

Solid Solars
Over the past 2 years I have experimented with various solar outdoor lights. Most of the lights still out there today are made of cheap materials. These materials do poorly in areas with intense sun like AZ. These Westinghouse lights are made well for these intense conditions. They have real glass and metal exteriors. The lights themselves are very bright. I plan to buy more soon.

Really pleased with the Paradise equipment
I did my whole system with the Paradise equipment and am very pleased with it.  In all, I had this 600W transformer, 18 walk/driveway lights, and 6 spotlights.  I just bought 2 500ft spools of 12/2 cable elsewhere. The cost of the joiners makes that cheaper on longer runs since the cable seems to come only in 100ft sections here.
All in all, all the Paradise equipment is machined very well. Not a single item had any problems out of the box.  No cracked glass. All bulbs worked. Everything fit perfectly.  Very sturdy.  It does not feel like cheap, flimsy stuff.
I had to do 3 separate runs, with 318W total, so decided to get the 600W transformer. What drew me to this one was the variable voltage (12, 13, 14 and 15W). Lovely & Charming Solar Lantern
I normally don't have time to post a review (or care to for that matter), but you can't go wrong with purchasing this solar lantern for your yard or garden. It is economical and can be placed anywhere that you might need a little light, or in an area that doesn't have regular electrical wiring. This is especially true, if you have a pavilion, or a gazebo that you would like to place light on. Amazing Windows 7 based tablet
I got my hands on this system recently and I did play with it. I must say I am impressed with it
Pros:
+ Price includes Bluetooth KeyBoard and a folio as well. $100 value at Apple rates. Doesn't come with a docking option.
+ Comes with a digitizer Pen, which is very useful for hand written notes and also helps overcome some of the UI related issues with Win 7 (tiny icons, etc.)
+ The boot time on this system (Press the power button --> desktop is usable) is awesome: 18-19 sec (no initial POST Messages). That is faster than iPad shutdown --> desktop.
+ Media Playback is excellent whether it is H.264 or VC1 content. And the CPU does it so easily
+ Thermal: Excellent. After hours of use (media playback, streaming, etc), the bottom surface is pretty normal temperature. Absolutely no heat. Vents are the top and bottom middle. Fan exists, but is very quiet. Design is good.
+ 12.1" panel size and 1280x800 resolution are a good combination. Text on the scr...
